The Renaissance in Italy
It would def be the 50′s for me poodle skirts, nice cars and great music!!
I lived in the 50s, and you’re right, it was a great time. The music was super, people were different then, too. But if I had an opportunity to choose another era to live it would be in the Victorian era – a lot of great painters around then that I would have loved to meet. This is what the new Woody Allen film is all about – Midnight in Paris.
After being at my father’s house this past weekend with friends of his since he was 4, I decided I wanted to have grown up in the 70′s in Brooklyn. The stories they have from then and the trouble I would have caused! LOL
I would love to live during the late 1800s in the heart of the Victorian era. It was a culture so rich in art, amazing architecture and enviable fashion (for the wealthy)!
